📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders across IT, InfoSec, HRIS, and more • Build and configure demo environments that bring the BetterUp experience to life • Deliver high-fidelity, narrative-driven demos tailored to customer goals and buyer personas • Serve as the technical point-of-contact throughout the pre-sales cycle, including security, API, and integration conversations • Design scalable solutions aligned to platform capabilities, delivery realities, and product roadmap • Translate integration needs into clear, technically viable specifications • Produce Solution Design Blueprints and drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer Success • Support seamless handoffs into implementation by clarifying configuration logic and deployment readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role in enterprise SaaS • Experience working with HRIS, LMS, SSO, or API-based integrations in large-scale enterprise environments • Strong ability to build and deliver tailored product demos that align to real-world business needs • Deep understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in global enterprise contexts • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to create clear, reusable documentation that supports implementation and adoption • Comfort advising across feasibility, architecture, and platform configuration tradeoffs • Experience gathering and structuring product feedback to inform roadmap conversations
