📋 Description

• Supports the delivery of customer implementation projects by coordinating setup activities, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across internal teams and client stakeholders. • Works directly with clients and project teams to assist with onboarding activities, manage access coordination, support data-related tasks, document processes, and help facilitate or coordinate training sessions for users. • Tracks project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Identifies and documents project issues or risks and escalates them to project managers or technical teams for resolution. • Captures client feedback and helps drive continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and service delivery. • Provides coordination support for both remote and on-site implementations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or administrative roles • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of project management concepts • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools
