📋 Description

• Format resumes and project descriptions in Adobe InDesign to align with firm standards • Edit professional headshots and images in Adobe Photoshop • Enter and update project, resume, and client data in Deltek Vantagepoint • Organize and maintain marketing assets and files across Teams, OpenAsset, and Box • Assist with basic graphics, presentations, and marketing and communications collateral • Work collaboratively with marketing staff and attend team meetings • Assist with other projects and assignments, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or English Degree or related field. • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Familiarity with MS365 Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Strong attention to detail and organization. • Ability to work well with others and take direction and feedback. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured, team-oriented environment. • Physical Demands: Mostly a sedentary position, normal bending, stooping and lifting required. Must be able to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate by telephone and use a computer.
