📋 Description

• Serve as a key member of our leadership team overseeing medical aspects of behavioral health services • Lead a cohort of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans • Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive care • Shape clinical excellence while mentoring the next generation of pediatric mental health providers

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program • PMHNP-BC certification • Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland • At least 3 years of post-licensure experience practicing as a PMHNP • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or leadership role in a behavioral health setting • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of medical professionals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to behavioral health services
