📋 Description

• Lead the electrical design and technical development of utility-scale energy projects. • Review client RFPs, develop conceptual and detailed electrical designs, evaluate third-party engineering proposals. • Identify technical risks and opportunities that impact project cost, constructability, and execution. • Collaborate closely with estimators, CAD designers, supply chain teams, and engineering partners. • Mentor engineers, provide guidance on engineering standards and best practices, and help manage multiple projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field from an ABET accredited college required. • Five or more years of progressive engineering, engineering supervisory, and/or construction/field experience in a related industry required. • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certificate preferred. • Renewables-focused experience is a plus.
