📋 Description
• Establish and lead the firm's centralized risk management and compliance function • Build the enterprise risk framework and develop global policies • Manage the corporate insurance program • Coordinate compliance execution across all regions
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in risk management, compliance, or legal operations • 5+ years in a global or multi-regional role managing policies and compliance programs • Deep knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD) • Technology literacy: understand cloud architecture (AWS), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) • Experience managing corporate insurance • Comfortable engaging directly with Fortune 500 clients
