• plays a critical role at SafeSpot as the frontline point of contact with our callers • engage people who use drugs in meaningful conversation • responsible for managing hotline calls • ensure callers seeking help receive information and referrals to local treatment and support services

🎯 Requirements

• managing incoming calls • talking with callers using a harm reduction framework • comfortable talking to people who are actively using drugs • strong dedication to saving lives through prompt and compassionate actions • excellent communication skills
