• Plans, organizes, and conducts onsite audits of Boeing procured material, parts, and assemblies • Applies knowledge of materials, and special processes to assess supplier capability and capacity to perform and complies with Boeing specifications • Create presentations and presents to senior management at suppliers and Boeing • Practices root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective action to prevent recurrence of issues • Conducts source inspections and delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliers • Assesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality, or Supplier Management • 3+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) • 1+ years of experience in performing product inspection • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
