📋 Description

• Build and lead the Corporate Giving engineering organization • Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent • Contribute directly to technical work • Own the technical direction for Corporate Giving • Lead the migration from the legacy disbursement platform • Maintain the technical depth needed to evaluate architectural decisions • Own delivery outcomes across the domain • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and enterprise clients

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience • 5+ years in engineering leadership at Director level or equivalent • Experience building and scaling multi-team engineering organizations • Ability to own or co-own a product roadmap alongside product leadership • Deep technical credibility • Familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js and AWS serverless infrastructure • Experience with compliance programs at scale (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or equivalent) • AI-first mindset • Strong communication skills
