• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through IQSIGHT product sales • Introduce, market, quote and sell IQSIGHT video products • Conduct outbound calls to agreed accounts to grow sales • Proactively prospect for new business relationships • Identify decision makers to initiate sales processes • Provide error-free written product and price quotations
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business preferred • 3 years of pre-sales, customer service or inside sales experience • Working knowledge of Security Systems products, particularly video products • Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook • SAP experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Professional telephone etiquette • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally • Demonstrate an aptitude for technology and continuous learning
