📋 Description

• Join a litigation practice for a national law firm focusing on product liability defense • Handle day-to-day case development including depositions and client engagement • Manage critical discovery tasks and draft motions • Support partners on strategic litigation planning and trial preparation

🎯 Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school • Activate member of the New York and/or New Jersey Bar • 2+ years of litigation experience • Understanding of current state and federal procedures • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills • Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
