📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand user needs, business goals, and software requirements. • Design, develop, and modify user interfaces based on end-user needs and business requirements. • Create design artifacts, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma. • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility within timeline and cost constraints. • Support the design and development of internal tools for customer service, sales, account management, and marketing use cases. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs align with business objectives, technical feasibility, and user experience standards. • Contribute to data-driven UI development and design decisions based on user needs, feedback, and business requirements. • Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Deliver high-quality design work quickly while maintaining strong attention to usability, visual quality, and consistency. • Support software system planning, layout recommendations, and interface improvements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related technical field. • 10+ years of professional experience in software design, UX/UI development, product design, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of UX design experience. • 5+ years of UI design experience. • 5+ years of hands-on Figma experience. • Experience designing and developing professional user interfaces. • Experience with data-driven UI development. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design. • Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and explain design decisions. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work within time and cost constraints. • Portfolio required, demonstrating strong UX, UI, visual design, and design process.
