📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure teams are aligned and progressing towards their goals. • Coach and Mentor: Guide teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. • Remove Impediments: Identify and address any blockers or obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress. • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and dependencies through data from ServiceNow. • Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams reflect on processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality. • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum best practices and organizational standards. • Ensures that the team has a clear understanding of Definition of Done and how to meet it. • Collects and shares team metrics with the team, determines when new metrics are needed, and develops improvements in metrics. • Ad hoc deliverables and action items at the discretion of leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a ServiceNow environment • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive team culture • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • U.S. Citizenship is required • Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
