📋 Description

• Lead the marketing project workstream from intake and scoping through execution • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Product, CX, and Compliance • Build, optimize, and manage workflows in Jira and Asana • Proactively identify dependencies and manage timelines • Create and maintain shared documentation for processes and workflows • Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and implement improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role in a compliance heavy environment. • High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, and G Suite • Proven experience building operational processes from scratch • Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
