📋 Description
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on value and impact • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback • Work closely with Scrum teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field • 5–10 years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management / Business Analysis • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Proven experience in backlog management and product lifecycle management
