📋 Description

• Set the data strategy and establish metrics architecture. • Turn the data team into a product team with internal tools. • Develop AI-readable warehouse and documentation. • Build AI into the data lifecycle and automate processes. • Own product analytics and experimentation with cross-functional teams. • Drive growth and business intelligence through dashboards. • Scale systems and output without increasing headcount.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or a related role. • Comfort with ambiguity and speed in a startup environment. • Strategic instincts for identifying and defining success metrics. • Deep SQL and warehouse expertise. • Experience with data pipeline and infrastructure. • dbt experience for building production models. • Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior in edtech or SaaS. • Engineering skills for building tools in Python and APIs. • Genuine excitement about AI and LLMs. • Builder mentality for automating processes.
