📋 Description

• Coordinate across Land Acquisition, Engineering and Design, Utility, Fiber, Environmental, and Construction Teams for data center development • Drive effective cross-team delivery in review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases • Establish delivery teams and manage contracts and budget • Engage stakeholders and facilitate utility connection agreements • Ensure compliance with development schedules and liaise with authorities having jurisdiction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field • Minimum 5 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development • Minimum 5 years experience in project management interacting with municipalities and utility districts • Minimum 5 years working experience with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint • Proven knowledge of land use planning and development, including due diligence and contracting • Ability to work with ambiguity in fast-paced environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in business English.
