📋 Description

• Assist in professionally repurposing long-form video content into high-performing short formats for social media. • Regularly create attention-grabbing Shorts and Reels from approximately 2 hours of raw footage that boost reach, engagement and growth. • Edit strong short-form clips from long-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok. • Prepare hooks, openings and narrative arcs so clips generate immediate attention. • Cleanly apply subtitles, jump cuts, zooms and simple motion elements. • Identify content suitable for viral or high-reach short formats, either using AI or independently. • Independently propose clip selections, titles, captions and posting ideas. • Continuously analyze performance and optimize results.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience editing short-form content, ideally for social media. • A good sense for strong hooks, storytelling and attention-grabbing editing. • Proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or comparable tools. • Interest in finance, trading or business content is a plus. • Reliable, independent and structured working style. • Interest in a long-term collaboration with increasing content output.
