📋 Description

• Assisting with all financial aspects of the quote-to-cash process for a global sales force, including reviewing contracts and sales quotes for accuracy and ensuring proper setup for billing. • Managing internal escalations to identify and resolve process and billing inquiries. • Maintaining data integrity within the billing system and CRM. • Investigating and explaining significant month-over-month account changes during close reviews. • Performing ad-hoc reporting and tasks requiring data from multiple sources and Excel manipulation.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience • Strong Excel skills in a work environment • Excellent attention to detail • Self-motivated and eager to tackle new projects • Bonus points for: • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field • Zuora experience • PowerQuery and/or PowerBI experience • Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ experience
