📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with agile development teams as a Product Owner • Ensuring teams work on the right tasks to deliver the best possible products to customers • Writing user stories and requirements for new features • Leveraging AI tools in product processes to streamline delivery • Attending Standups with agile teams and writing release documentation • Defining release and sprint goals for development team(s) • Managing and resolving customer product escalations • Ensuring the development team understands the value of their work

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with products • Experience with Bullhorn products • Experience working on Onboarding Software • Comfortable participating in technical conversations regarding front end behavior, back-end logic and data structures (bonus points for previous experience in Development or QA!) • Experience with Agile methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with AI tools in product processes (bonus points for additional relevant experience) • Undergraduate technical degree (extra bonus points for an MBA!) • Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
