📋 Description
• Develop structural plans, sections, details, schedules, and construction document packages for a wide range of building projects. • Create, maintain, and update detailed Structural Revit models and drawing sets throughout all phases of design and construction. • Collaborate with Structural Engineers to translate engineering calculations and design concepts into coordinated, buildable construction documents.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. • Minimum 5+ years of experience producing structural construction documents for building projects. • Advanced proficiency in Structural Revit is required. • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary project teams.
