📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact, professionally managing all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all calendars are accurately maintained. • Provide clients with accurate information and direct enquiries to the appropriate person or department in a timely manner. • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, digital file management, and the preparation of reports and documents. • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and enquiries with a positive and helpful attitude. • Assist with the organisation of virtual meetings, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are handled smoothly. • Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all business communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a front desk, administrative assistant, or similar customer-facing role. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software. • A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently in a remote environment. • Access to a dedicated, quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection. • Previous experience working in a fully remote position. • Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom. • Experience with CRM systems or online scheduling software.
