📋 Description

• Create, publish, and manage rental property listings across major U.S. rental platforms. • Optimize property advertisements to maximize visibility, inquiries, and occupancy rates. • Write compelling property descriptions and marketing content. • Upload and manage property photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours. • Monitor listing performance and make adjustments to improve results. • Ensure listing accuracy, pricing updates, availability status, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations. • Respond to listing inquiries and coordinate lead distribution when required. • Conduct market research to analyze rental trends and competitor listings.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing online rental property listings. • Proven experience advertising residential rental properties across multiple U.S. rental platforms. • Strong understanding of rental marketing, lead generation, and online advertising strategies. • Excellent written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple property listings simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency with property management software and listing syndication tools. • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and rental advertising compliance.
