📋 Description

• Work alongside project leads and own key work-streams that deliver outstanding outcomes for the client • Deliver expertise across our offering in the human-led transformation space, including best in class written content, research, event & workshop design, creative stimulus, design management etc. • Own strong, trusted relationships client side with an ability to engage senior leaders with credibility

🎯 Requirements

• Min of 5 - 6+ years' business experience • Business geek who understands how big businesses work and the role of culture in driving commercial performance • Curious and expansive thinker with analytical prowess that loves to crack a challenge • Outstanding communicator with excellent written 'cut-through' craft • Project management experience • Ability to be able to synthesise information
