• Serve in a seller-doer role, growing opportunities and leading the execution of projects related to compliance with the proposed per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) regulations. • Collaborate with the PFAS Initiative Team, Client Directors, and Project Managers on new business pursuits related to PFAS treatment projects. • Develop creative solutions and approaches to accommodate clients’ goals and objectives. • Attend and present on innovative solutions related to PFAS treatment at local, regional, and national conferences. • Prepare scope of services and fee estimates for proposals, new contracts, and amendments. • Lead multiple projects and support multiple clients simultaneously, serving as the central point of contact for PFAS treatment questions and guidance.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering. • 11 years of experience in drinking water treatment with at least 5 years in water quality and treatment or engineering management • Established leadership skills with deep understanding of consulting, project execution, client services, and business development. • Strong communication skills with capacity for building and maintaining client relationships.
