• Collect, organize, and review data from multiple sources • Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards • Conduct foundational analyses on KPIs such as user engagement, retention, throughput, and campaign performance • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into report requirements • Assist in building clear and interpretable “proof of concepts” from complex data sources • Support data quality efforts by validating report accuracy and identifying inconsistencies • Document reporting processes, definitions, and logic • Recommend improvements to existing reports or dashboards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data collection, standardization, and reporting
• You have a bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science or related field • You have 1+ years of experience working in operations or other data-related fields • You have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and complex modeling; specifically - lookup functions, pivot tables, pivot charts, etc. • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working cross-functionally, and are the type of person who gets things done • You have a working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce • You are detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies • You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute many concurrent tasks
