📋 Description

• Lead innovation projects through the Campari Toll Gate governance process, from initiation to closure. • Develop integrated project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery. • Manage project documentation for stage-gate approvals and pipeline reporting. • Conduct post-launch analysis and share lessons learned. • Influence and align cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to meet project objectives. • Build trust while maintaining discipline in project governance. • Drive strategic conversations to optimize cost, timelines, and gross margin targets. • Actively contribute to quarterly pipeline reviews, providing feasibility insights and scenario planning. • Support idea formation with high-level indications on complexity, timelines, and risk mitigation. • Ensure timely portfolio reporting and dashboard updates. • Train regional teams on innovation processes and contribute to process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably in NPD or innovation projects • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority • FMCG/CPG experience strongly preferred; beverage alcohol is a plus but not mandatory. • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields • PMI® certification is a plus. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., GANTT charts) and financial analysis (ROI, profitability). • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
