📋 Description

• Validating the given healthcare data via calling. • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the data provided • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs • Conduct research on healthcare data and formulate the relevant answers for assigned task • Document with every task in a detailed and structured manner

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years of Call handling experience • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. • Good capacity for teamwork • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues • Patience and Customer Service skills and the ability to defuse potentially in difficult situations • Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work • Working knowledge of MS Office tools • Healthcare knowledge is a plus
