📋 Description
• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve. • Foster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders. • Identify and remove impediments to team progress. • Collaborate with product teams on backlog management, coaching on prioritization best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or 3 years’ work experience in related field required. • 3 years working in Scrum Master role or on a Scrum Team. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
