📋 Description

• Combine craft expertise and leadership skills with understanding of customers and business • Co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy • Demonstrate high degree of skill in product design • Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for team members • Effectively navigate needs of partners and stakeholders • Demonstrate proficiency with products and processes to shape shared points of view • Use tech, data capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform your work • Leverage partnerships across lines of business to foster collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role • At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma • Experience working with and contributing to an established design system • Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners • Experience leading design projects or teams • Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
