📋 Description

• Lead a large cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle all the way from initial research to proposing solutions and shipping. • Work closely with a team of product managers while partnering with designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to leverage various AI capabilities to deliver customer-facing solutions. • Help to shape the product strategy and deliver innovative experiences that meet the unique needs of our customers as the ongoing AI revolution transforms our society and industry. • Apply product-centric thinking to identify and resolve complex problems, delivering intuitive solutions that improve both the associate and customer experience. • Educate and advocate for these next-generation solutions with senior leaders to drive organizational alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products • At least 2 years of experience managing an AI solution in the market.
