📋 Description
• Lead a high impact product organization responsible for the end-to-end customer journey confidence. • Eliminate manual testing and unlock robust production validation. • Bridge the gap between pre-release testing and post release monitoring. • Oversee platform products that solve our customer journey verification ecosystem. • Manage a portfolio that includes maturing enterprise-grade testing tools and a transformative production-testing capability.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration • Experience leading change and technical shifts across complex organizational structures • Experience designing and executing advanced production validation strategies • Experience working within cloud-native banking architectures, payment gateways, or highly regulated financial environments • Understanding building and optimizing modern CI/CD pipelines
