• Set up and deploy prospective student nurture campaigns in an email marketing platform • Build and maintain HTML/CSS email templates that render consistently across email clients and devices • Perform thorough QA review of emails prior to deployment, including checking links, formatting, personalization tokens, and rendering across clients • Assist with audience segmentation and list management to support targeted campaign delivery • Track and report on key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) • Collaborate with the marketing team to keep campaigns on schedule and flag issues proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience setting up or deploying emails in an email marketing platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including experience coding or editing email templates. • High attention to detail and a systematic approach to QA and proofreading. • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows or drip campaign logic • Experience with responsive email design frameworks • Basic understanding of email deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance • Students pursuing Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
