• Identify potential new customers, consultants, and planners and secure them long-term for Honeywell Partner Channel products and services • Conduct professional business development with a focus on end users, M&E consultants, planners, general contractors, and subcontractors in alignment with Honeywell’s business objectives • Develop business opportunities considering the Honeywell portfolio • Open up new sales opportunities for new construction, modernization, and expansion projects in building automation • Actively contribute to product sales, projects, and the performance of the service sales team • Generate new qualified sales and service leads and business opportunities across all market channels • Support the BMS strategy and implementation through research and business development • Create and maintain business development plans for all newly identified customers • Participate regularly and contribute to monthly sales/service team meetings • Support brand development by creating marketing content and participating in trade shows to expand network and influence
• University degree, preferably in electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification • Solid sales experience with proven success in business development directly targeting end users, M&E consultants, planners, general contractors, and subcontractors • Commercial and technical understanding of building/industrial automation and control systems • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills • Strong customer orientation and ability to build sustainable customer relationships that deliver mutual value • Proven experience acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities • Passion for proactive, competitive business development and growth • Highly self-motivated with a structured, results-oriented work style • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
