âą Write, execute, and maintain test cases across new features and existing functionality âą Perform exploratory testing, regression testing, and smoke testing at different stages of the cycle âą Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright âą Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and priority levels âą Work directly with developers to understand requirements and flag potential issues early âą Help improve the QA process over time as the team grows
đŻ Requirements
âą At least 1 year of experience in QA or software testing âą Solid foundation in manual testing and test case design âą Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright âą You write bug reports that developers actually understand and can act on âą You think in edge cases naturally and enjoy finding what others miss âą Nice to have: experience testing SaaS or HR tech products
