• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Patient Access applications, including Epic Cadence and Epic Prelude • Support and optimize referral workflows, ensuring accurate routing, processing, and follow-up • Maintain and enhance scheduling build including visit types, decision trees, and scheduling rules • Support and troubleshoot patient engagement workflows within Epic MyChart • Resolve Help Desk tickets related to Cadence, Prelude, MyChart, and referral workflows in accordance with SLAs • Support Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) processes and ensure accurate insurance verification • Partner with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and clinical operations teams to improve workflows and user experience • Participate in system testing, validation, and implementation of enhancements and upgrades • Analyze access-related issues and recommend system or workflow improvements
• Candidates must be certified in the following Epic applications: Epic Cadence Certification • Epic Prelude Certification • Epic Welcome Certification • Epic MyChart Certification • Epic Referrals Certification • Strong hands-on experience in Epic Patient Access environments • Deep knowledge of: Decision Trees Visit Types configuration and maintenance • Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) workflows • Referral workflows and scheduling optimization • Help Desk ticket resolution and end-user support • Experience working in healthcare IT, preferably supporting Epic access applications • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced support environment.
