📋 Description

• Support a large-scale training and activation engagement for a Midwest healthcare client. • Conduct onsite, classroom-based end-user training during an intensive 8-week training period. • Perform training strategy, curriculum development, and delivery for Epic Cadence & Referrals. • Collaborate closely with operational leaders, analysts, and project teams to deliver scalable, role-based training programs that drive successful Epic Cadence & Referrals adoption across the organization. • Develop training materials including job aids, eLearning modules, simulations, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Cadence Certification • Epic Referrals Certification • Epic Principal Trainer credential (or ability to obtain upon hire) • Strong experience supporting Epic Patient Access workflows (scheduling, referrals, call center, or access center operations) • Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs • Background in Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
