📋 Description

• Partner with leadership to validate trends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly forecast. • Provide information and journal entries to support the monthly close cycle. • Perform variance analysis of monthly results versus prior year, budget, and forecast, including month-over-month trend analysis. • Develop efficient and effective operating reports focused on key business and performance drivers. • Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to inform decisions and actions. • Build financial models and enhance existing models, incorporating new technology where applicable. • Partner with Cloud operations teams to align financial assumptions around IT Allocations. • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Business (Finance, Accounting) • 2 + years of relevant FP&A experience • Understanding of accounting and financial theory • Experience with ad hoc analysis, journal entries, monthly, quarterly and annual close processes • Experience with financial modelling, both payroll and non-payroll • High level of intellectual curiosity, with ability to explain variances in terms of business drivers • General Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel skills • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills • Workday, Adaptive and/or Hyperion experience highly desired • Experience working with full P&L a plus
