• Provide administrative support to the PhD Counselor Education and Supervision (CES) program • Coordinate routine correspondence and communications, including preparation of reports and related documents • Support CES program operations by tracking admissions, monitoring student progress, and managing dissertation-related documentation • Participate in staff meetings and other meetings as assigned • Support program faculty with committee meetings by preparing agendas, slides, summaries, and other materials • Maintain organized digital filing systems for doctoral program documents • Assist students and faculty in the use of program-related technology tools • Perform specialized duties and additional projects as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree (required) • Familiarity with using Outlook and Microsoft Office programs • Willingness to learn CCU's technology platforms • Ability to create and maintain organized workflows and procedures • Work respectfully with people from various backgrounds and dispositions • Students enrolled in the master’s level school of counseling is preferred • Ability to manage academic documents, filing systems, and technology platforms • Comfort presenting information in meetings and communicating professionally with faculty, applicants, and doctoral students
