• Celerant Technology Corp is a leading provider of premium, advanced retail management software for retail organizations. • The Sales Operations Manager is the primary support professional to a team of sales people. • This position involves a combination of analytical, operational, and strategic responsibilities. • An effective Sales Operations Manager will manage and enhance the sales processes. • Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and Marketing Director. • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and goal achievement. • Maintain and supervise mentoring program for newly hired sales or junior account representatives.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales operations or a related role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technologies. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. • Willingness to travel (about 10%) • Eagerness to learn and grow with a stable, successful company
