📋 Description

• Account Management serving as the primary liaison between company and client • lead client meetings • field client questions and requests • interpret client needs and develop action plans • work with management team to monitor and assess strategies to improve program processes • provide internal advocacy for client • Team Management ensuring team meets contractual obligations • identify staffing needs • serve as interface for cross functional activities • design programs to maintain high motivation among team members • conduct performance reviews and provide training and mentoring • Business Development partnering with New Business Development for capability presentations • participate in budget development and manage monthly budget and expenses • collaborate with Compliance team on program audits and corrective actions • provide organizational leadership

🎯 Requirements

• past experience in client management, communications, project implementation, contract management • minimum of five (5) years of progressively related responsibility • at least three (3) years at a supervisory level • a four-year degree is preferred • general knowledge of patient assistance programs and pharmacy management • call center management or exposure • strong verbal and written communications skills • demonstrated presentation skills • ability to lead and develop others • ability to collaborate and work across groups to make decisions and resolve issues • strong interpersonal skills • strong organizational skills; attention to detail • proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) • general understanding of health care payer research, healthcare policy and payer landscape preferred • ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently
