📋 Description

• Provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices • Collaborate with customers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment • Identify opportunities for product improvements and service enhancements • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues • Complete all administration tasks on time, ensuring timely completion of documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline preferred • A strong understanding of a service operation • Proven experience maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems • Experience with medical devices such as linear accelerators, MRI, CT, or similar modalities is an advantage • Excellent trouble-shooting skills • Comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously as required • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
