📋 Description

• lead and manage strategic initiatives that support organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and industry standards • Partner with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria • Drive project execution through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and post-launch evaluation • Monitor project progress, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and objectives • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans • Facilitate decision-making and problem resolution by engaging stakeholders and escalating issues when appropriate • Establish project governance structures, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 4+ years of Project Management experience • Experience leading Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies • 3+ years of Technical experience • Customer Service Knowledge of and experience working with Provider Communities • Experience with Electronic medical records/EMR and/or Health Information Management/HIM systems, specifically Athena • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations in a business setting
