• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits on client websites using on-site best practices • Implement and optimize SEO and AEO strategies on CGI-built WordPress (Divi) websites • Execute SEO / AEO improvements on third-party CMS platforms (Squarespace, GoDaddy, Wix, Weebly, etc.) • Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization • Manage SEO campaigns using SEMrush Core and/or SEMrush Enterprise • Monitor rankings, technical health, and performance metrics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush • Translate data insights into actionable strategies for the Account Team • Present emerging SEO and AI search trends, updates, and algorithm changes on a bi-monthly basis • Work with the SEO Team Manager to develop and refine internal SEO processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• 2+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience • Proven experience executing and managing local SEO campaigns • Understanding of AEO and what drives AI / LLM visibility • Hands-on experience with SEMrush Core and/or SEMrush Enterprise • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO toolsets • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet deadlines • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team • Familiarity with AI tools (GPTs, Agents, etc.)
