📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine. • Launch and scale ACE to broad market adoption across asset issuers and DeFi protocols. • Enable compliant issuance, identity management, and policy enforcement for onchain financial products across multiple jurisdictions. • Drive adoption of CLL product stack by embedding complementary Chainlink offerings, including CRE and CCIP, into a unified compliance platform. • Establish Chainlink as the default infrastructure provider for onchain compliance and identity at institutional scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of demonstrated experience building onchain compliance products from 0→1 as a product manager. • Led or owned digital asset products spanning both traditional financial institutions and DeFi protocols. • Deep, applied understanding of regulatory requirements for digital assets across multiple global jurisdictions. • Experience operating with end-to-end product ownership, including strategy, roadmap definition, and execution. • Proven ability to partner closely with engineering teams on technically complex, blockchain-based systems. • Track record of representing product vision and progress with senior customer and executive stakeholders.
