📋 Description

• Lead product development for the Enterprise Abstraction Layer (EAL)/Relayer targeted at banks • Work closely with engineers to design and build technical blockchain infrastructure • Execute projects, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to meet business objectives • Engage in pre-sales, participate in customer calls, and contribute to sales without compromising product integrity • Envision EAL integration with relayer, Proof of Reserve, Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), and Data Feeds • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, sales) to deliver solutions for banking and capital markets • Shape product strategy and make significant impact in the financial industry

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building technical blockchain-related infrastructure targeted at banks • Excellent product management skills, including prioritization and roadmap ownership • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), industry standards, protocols, and best practices • Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineers, designers, and stakeholders • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing and pre-sales engagement • Analytical and strategic thinking, considering EAL integration with relayer, Proof of Reserve, CCIP, and Data Feeds • Willingness to participate in pre-sales customer calls and contribute to sales efforts • Ability to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST) • Preferred: Advanced degree (master's) in computer science, engineering, or business administration • Preferred: Previous experience in the financial industry (capital markets, risk management, or related domains) • Preferred: Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as AML and KYC • Preferred: Entrepreneurial mindset and startup experience
