• Work as an embedded talent expert, owning the end-to-end hiring journey across Tech and Engineering roles • Partner closely with executive stakeholders to shape hiring strategies • Source and engage exceptional talent and deliver a thoughtful and seamless candidate experience • Drive scalable hiring processes and enable leadership to make smart, data-informed decisions • Play a key role in shaping talent foundations that will power long-term growth • Build strong pipelines of talent across early-stage and scaling businesses • Drive full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy • Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders • Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth • Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record hiring for Tech and Engineering roles • Experience in a high-growth agency environment, with exposure to startup or embedded recruitment models • Skilled stakeholder manager - ability to push back, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders • Passion for startups, or mission-driven work • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
