📋 Description
• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients in research programs • Conduct scheduled patient calls to review study materials and obtain informed consent • Schedule and coordinate initial patient enrollment calls • Maintain detailed, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient interactions • Engage with patients to understand their motivations and address concerns • Demonstrate strong technical skills and fast learning ability
🎯 Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience within clinical research operations • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Patience and empathy • Attention to detail • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Tech-savvy • A college degree is preferred • Experience working with elderly and ethnically diverse populations is highly desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Adobe.
