Children's Specialized ABA is a clinical provider of autism-focused services offering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in both center-based and home-based settings, autism diagnostic evaluations, and complementary services such as speech and occupational therapy and family/caregiver guidance. Their multidisciplinary team includes board-certified behavior analysts, registered behavioral technicians, licensed psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists, and they partner with RWJBarnabas Health. Services are tailored by age and need (center-based for roughly 18 months–6 years; home-based up to age 12) and include early intervention, in-school and after-school support, and comprehensive parent guidance.

📋 Description

• Coordinate team meetings with families and other professionals • Provide resources to families during intake and as needed • Provides updates to PCP regarding client progress • Provide family support groups virtually and/or in person • Obtains formal feedback from families regarding their services and child's progress • Participates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings as required • Maintains records to guarantee information is readily available to interested parties • Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community to provide support with development goals • Assists in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs for individuals

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges • Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker • Fluent in Spanish • Excellent written and oral communication skills
