📋 Description

• Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks applicable to aerospace, defense and power generation industries. • Develop compliance organizational strategies and evaluate trends. • Track emerging legislation and industry trends. • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and implement corrective action plans. • Manage internal audit and ethics investigation staff. • Develop educational resources and training programs.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred. • 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or legal operations, including 5+ years in a management role. • Relevant industry certifications preferred such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or sector-specific credentials
